PROJECT NUMBER: SC008277 CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE: $1,500,000
will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at Campus Facilities, Design & Construction, Room 08, MSC North Garage Facilities Office, University of Missouri-St. Louis, 26 Arnold B Grobman Drive, until 2:00PM, C.T., February 15, 2024 and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud.
Drawings, specifications, and other related contract information may be obtained at Public Jobs :: Cross Rhodes Print and Technologies Online Planroom (x-rhodesplanroom.com). Electronic bid sets are available at no cost and may be printed as desired by the plan holders. No paper copies will be issued. If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed.

A prebid meeting will be held at 9:00 AM, C.T., January 23, 2024 at the UMSL Kathy J Weinman Building, followed by a walkthrough at the site. A supplemental prebid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM, C.T., February 2, 2024 at the UMSL Kathy J Weinman Building, followed by a walkthrough at the site. All interested bidders are invited to attend this supplemental meeting.
