Training and Support Services is here to serve you. In an effort to best meet the University’s needs, Training and Support Services will support the finance function for all four campuses and University Hospital.
Training and Support Services is the newest addition to University Shared Services. By partnering with other core offices, we will be able to expand on services offered, provide customers with the assistance they need, and help identify possible enhancements and training opportunities.
Areas which we support include, but are not limited to, procurement/supply chain questions, accounts payable, travel and expenses, suppliers, the procure to pay process, Web Applications, and more.
We will assist our customers with any finance related questions and will loop in additional system support if needed. A few differences from the previous Finance Support Center services include:
- PO close requests should be directed to SUA@umsystem.edu.
- Requisitions that need to be rerouted after approval should be directed to email@example.com
Email support will be available from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Current phone support is available 8:30am and 12:30pm, Monday through Friday.
