will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at UMSL Campus Facilities Management, Millennium Student Center Garage North, Reception, University of Missouri-St. Louis, 63121, until Tuesday, June 15th, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud in the Millennium Student Center Garage North, Room S08.

Drawings, Specifications, and other related contract information may be obtained at https://www.x-rhodesplanroom.com/jobs/public. Electronic bid sets are available at no cost and may be printed as desired by the plan holders. No paper copies will be issued. If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed. Bid results will be available the day after the bid opening by 4:00 p.m. on the Cross Rhodes website.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 9th, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., Millennium Student Center Garage North, Basement Service Level, Conference Room 8, University of Missouri-St. Louis, St. Louis, Missouri, 63121 followed by a walk- through at the sites. All interested bidders are invited to attend this prebid meeting.

A supplier Diversity Participation goal of 20% (Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)), 3% (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVE)); and 10% (Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), and/or Veteran Owned Business) has been established for this contract.
