will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at UMSL Campus Facilities Management, MSC North Garage, Reception, University of Missouri – St. Louis, 63121, until Thursday, May 6th, 2021, 1:00 P.M. and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud in the MSC Garage, Room S08.

Drawings, Specifications, and other related contract information may be obtained at https://www.x-rhodesplanroom.com/jobs/public Electronic bid sets are available at no cost and may be printed as desired by the plan holders. No paper copies will be issued. If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed. Bid results will be available the day after the bid opening by 3:00 PM on the Cross Rhodes website (www.x-rhodesplanroom.com).

A MANDATORY Prebid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 27th, 2021 at 1:00 P.M., at UMSL Campus Facilities Management, MSC North Garage, Conference Room, University of Missouri – St. Louis, St. Louis, Missouri 63121, followed by a walk-through at the site.

A Supplier Diversity Participation goal of 15% MBE, 10% combined for WBE, DBE and Veteran, 3% SDVE has been established for this contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
