will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at UMKC Campus Facilities, Planning, Design & Construction, Room #101, General Services Building, University of Missouri-Kansas City, Kansas City, Missouri 64110, until 1:30 p.m. Central Time, Tuesday, February 26, 2019.  No other information, relative to the project scope beyond what is included this solicitation, will be shared publicly until the step-one evaluation is complete. A mandatory pre-qualification meeting and walk through is scheduled for 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Oak Place Apartments (North Building) 5050 Oak Street, Kansas City Missouri, 64110.
