will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at UMSL Campus Facilities Management, Millennium Student Center Garage North, Reception, University of Missouri-St. Louis, 63121, until Friday, March 13th , 2020 at 1:00 p.m., and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud in the MGN Garage, Room S08.

Drawings, Specifications, and other related contract information may be obtained at http://www.x-rhodes.com/. Electronic bid sets are available at no cost and may be printed as desired by the plan holders. No paper copies will be issued. If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed. Bid results will be available the day after the bid opening by 3:00 p.m. on the Cross Rhodes website (www.x-rhodes.com).

A prebid meeting will be held on Monday, March 2nd, 2020 at 10am at Millennium Garage North, Basement Service Level, Conference Room 8, University of Missouri-St. Louis, St. Louis, Missouri 63121, followed by a walk-through at the site. All interested bidders are invited to attend this prebid meeting.

A supplier Diversity Participation goal of 15% MBE, and 10% WBE, DBE and Veteran, 3% SDVE has been established for this contract.- depending on estimated construction costs The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
