CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE: $279,000

will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at S08 MSC North Parking Garage, 1 University Boulevard, University of Missouri – St. Louis, St. Louis, MO  63121, until 1:00 PM, C.S.T., January 21, 2021 and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud.

Drawings, specifications, and other related contract information may be obtained at https://www.x-rhodesplanroom.com/jobs/public. Electronic bid sets are available at no cost and may be printed as desired by the plan holders. No paper copies will be issued. If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed.

A MANDATORY Prebid meeting will be held at 1:00 PM, C.S.T., January 14, 2021 in Parking Lot M, to the north side of the Mark Twain Athletic Building (211 Mark Twain Dr, St. Louis, MO 63121), followed immediately after by a walk-through of the project area.

A Supplier Diversity Participation combined goal of 20% MBE, WBE, DBE and Veteran; 3% SDVE has been established for this contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
