Louis, S08 MSC North Parking Garage, 1 University Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63121-4400 until 10:00 am,

C.T., December 17, 2019 and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud.

Drawings, Specifications, and other related contract information may be obtained at

http://www.x-rhodesplanroom.com. Electronic bid sets are available at no cost and may be printed as

desired by the plan holders. No paper copies will be issued. If paper copies are desired, it is the

responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed.

Bid results will be available the dayafter the bid opening by 3:00pm on the Cross Rhodes website (www.x-rhodesplanroom.com).

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 am, C.T., December 3, 2019 in the S08 MSC

North Parking Garage, 1 University Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63121-4400, followed by a walk-through at the

construction site (Social Sciences Building). All interested bidders are invited to attend this meeting.

A Supplier Diversity Participation goal of 15% MBE; 10% WBE, DBE and Veteran; 3% SDVE has

been established for this contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
