Human Resource Security Training

Purpose

In order to ensure that all users of University data and information technology (IT) resources are aware of their role in maintaining the security of University data, annual security training is required.

Requirement

All employees must successfully complete annual information security training in a form established by the appropriate central information security office at each campus or business entity. Volunteers, contractors and other users of University data and IT resources may also be required to complete this training when applicable.

Failure to comply with this training requirement may result in suspension of an employee's access to University-issued accounts and/or other University IT resources.
