1. Conflict of Interest Records (Non-Federal Grant)
Records include employee written notices of disclosures, conflicts o interest registry, supervisor's written approval/disapprovals and any other records created to comply with University of Missouri Board of Curators Conflict of Interest Policy 330.015 as related to employee overlapping business activities, authored textbooks or other educational materials, consulting and other employment or outside activities.
Authorized Retention:
Retain for three (3) fiscal years after termination of the conflict of interest, then transfer to Archives.
