4. Placement Files

These records are credentials of students receiving degrees from the University of Missouri and are used for job placement. Also included are transcripts of grades, interviews, lists of persons to whom credentials are sent, correspondence, etc.

Authorized Retention:

Retain for ten (10) years after date of last activity, then destroy.

Note:

Supersedes all prior Placement authorizations dated prior to 12/31/00.
