This file series contains, but is not limited to, personal data sheets, newspaper clippings and correspondence on Alumni and Friends of the University.

Authorized Retention:

Retain until microfilmed or imaged, then destroy.

Gift Processing Records

These are records held in the Gift Processing Department in the Central Development Office and include large gift source documents and small gift source documents. The documents contain information on the donor such as name and address, as well as copies of checks, correspondence, or any other reference material received with the donation. These documents are used for Accounting, Auditing and donor services. These documents are also used for legal proceedings should there be any question as to where the gift money was deposited and the intended use of the funds.

Authorized Retention:

Retain for twenty (20) years, then destroy.
