Partnering in Learning and Development

The Learning and Organizational Development team is here to serve as your experts in team and individual development, organizational culture and leadership. We utilize a collaborative consulting process to understand your group’s specific needs. Pulling on our extensive network of learning material and other development interventions, we’ll work with you to design and implement solutions to enhance your talent development strategies.

Personal professional development

Skill training is available for individuals and groups to support professional development. Training includes both technical and interpersonal topic areas, and individual assessments (e.g. personality tests) are also available.

 

Team development

Team development resources can help improve team cohesiveness and encourage teams to perform at their highest level through programming meant to support group learning. Training, resources, assessments and brief consultation are available to staff teams and may include additional learning opportunities that support:

  • Group dynamics and communication

  • Brainstorming and improvement

  • Creating positive workplace culture.

Leadership development

Leadership development and supervisor support are designed to help staff with responsibilities regarding leadership and management of staff, programs, and initiatives. These training resources focus on expected leadership competencies and individual leadership development. Training, resources, assessments, and brief consultation are available to support leaders as they navigate the challenges associated with supervision, including:

Online learning

Online learning solutions are also available to enhance organization and professional performance. Professional development offerings include online webinars, virtual workshops, job-aids development tools, and other interactive resources to enrich the learning experience and skill-building practice. The Percipio online library includes a variety of self-paced learning resources which can be curated and then shared on specific topics in an easily accessed grouping to meet department training needs. Based on an assessment of learning needs, a blended learning format may be recommended. The following resources and services are available:

The design and development time frame for custom content will be based on the depth of training material and expert involvement needed.
