Now more than ever, the university is committed to maintaining strong, comprehensive health and wellness programs that engage our faculty and staff to be energized, innovative and healthy. As we move into 2012 and beyond, we want to help you: understand your personal health, provide you with opportunities to manage your health proactively and help you understand what medical benefits best support your (your families) health needs.
This year the University of Missouri will be introducing new programs to your myTotal Rewards benefit package for 2012. Those changes include:
- Opportunity to earn a $100 Wellness incentive by completing a personal health assessment and health screenings that can be used toward your medical costs
- New health program options and savings accounts
- New decision support tool to help you compare plans and estimate savings account contributions, myBenefit Decision Center
Over the course of the next few weeks, you’ll see several communications to help you learn about the changes that are occurring for this year. We’ve included the timeline below so that you know what to expect.
