Total Rewards Task Force

More than any other strategic initiative, the recommendations delivered by the Total Rewards Task Force will guide the changes we make to Total Rewards programs for years to come. The recommendations are directional in nature, offering broad ideas about the future of insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, leave, and more. Retire insurance changes

The Total Rewards Advisory Committee (TRAC) recommended changes to retiree insurance benefits for future retirees, after months of research, feedback, and deliberations. The University of Missouri Board of Curators approved the changes at their April 14, 2016, meeting. The changes will become effective on January 1, 2018. Learn more about the changes.

Retiree Medical Study

Stemming from the Task Force recommendations, Total Rewards is researching its retiree medical plan offerings.
