Long - The University’s Shared Leave Program is in need of donations in support of University community members in need. If you’re an eligible faculty or staff member, you can donate some of your accrued vacation hours to the program. All donations will provide additional paid leave benefits to eligible employees who have experienced certain catastrophic events. Members of our University community who are eligible may submit an application to receive paid shared leave. Shared leave hours are available for distribution when the applicable shared leave pool has received enough donations to offer support to eligible recipients.
