UHC Health Coordinator Secily Adams, MS
Secily Adams is the UM System’s onsite Health Coordinator, dedicated to supporting employees in making informed, healthier choices. Secily partners with employees across campus to provide education, resources and programs that promote overall well-being. Secily is available to:
- Engage employees in making better healthcare decisions
- Provide health education to groups and individuals through in-person and virtual classes
- Coordinate onsite events, including health fairs, health screenings, weight loss initiatives and fitness challenges
- Serve as a point of contact for health and wellness programs that support lifestyle goals such as weight loss, physical activity, nutrition counseling and disease prevention
