Wellbeing Lunch and Learn
For each month of 2022, we will host a Lunch and Learn on various wellbeing topics. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Secily (contact info above). If you forget to RSVP, the link to the meetings are below.
April: Mental Health and Stress
Educate yourself on how to make healthier choices in your life to impact your mental health and emotional well-being. We will also address ways to reduce stress in your everyday life.
May: Physical Activity
Learn about how to incorporate resistance exercises into your daily routine. We will cover the many health benefits to strength training an do a small set of chair exercises.
